STEP ONE: Drive to Long Beach to play The Auld Dubliner TONIGHT (Friday, September 18). It has literally been over FIVE years since we have played the Auld Dubliner. STEP TWO: Wake up at 5 AM, drive to Riverside, specifically Mount Roubidoux aka the Riverside Rock Quarry for the 2015 Mustache Boogie. Olivia and I will be playing some songs as our firend Taylor and his crew base jump off Mt. Roubidoux. We played this event last year and had such a fun time that we wanted to come back and do it again, even if we will be going on no sleep and sleeping on the floor of a Long Beach hotel room. STEP THREE: It is Halfway to St. Patty’s Day time! Our good friends HOIST THE COLORS will be making the trek down to San Diego from Los Angeles to join us in a liquor fueled punk show at Rosie O’Grady’s! We love playing shows with Hoist the Colors and we love playing shows at Rosie’s, now we get to melt these two wonderful things together in one night! Hell yeah! It’s been awhile since HTC has played a show with us, so things might get a little crazy!
That is three performances in two days. Just because we don’t get to play Kaaboo or Get Shamrocked, doesn’t mean we don’t get to have fun. The exact opposite will happen starting TONIGHT!
